Master bathroom: down to the studs
An 18-month remodel, from design and wall removal through electrical wiring, plumbing, and tile.
The project
Over about a year and a half in 2024–2025, I remodeled my master bathroom down to the studs. I removed walls and handled the design, electrical wiring, plumbing, and tiling myself.
From layout to finish
The work brought several trades together in one room. My involvement extended from designing the space to doing the work behind the walls and installing the tile.
I completed the remodel in 2025.
